Taylor is the Chief Technology Officer for Cinctive Capital Management, overseeing Development, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Research platforms, and AI and Machine Learning capabilities. A nuclear submarine veteran and graduate of the US Naval Academy with a B.S. in Computer Science, Taylor’s passion for reading began in childhood with the Horatio Hornblower series, which helped inspire his desire to enter naval service. He continues pursuing this passion, working through Adler’s Great Books of the Western World. Taylor also holds certificates from Stanford University and The Wharton School.
