Alvin has more than 13 years of private equity and private credit investment experience and is currently a Managing Director at Hunter Point Capital in its GP Financing Solutions platform. Prior to joining HPC, Alvin served as a Managing Director at Ares Management, where he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating and executing portfolio and GP liquidity investments within Ares Secondaries Group (formerly Landmark Partners). Alvin earned a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida and a dual M.B.A. from New York University and London Business School. In addition to his service with Behind the Book, Alvin is a strong supporter of education through the Robert Toigo Foundation and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO).
