Fernanda Carranza is an Associate Director of Finance at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and holds an MBA from Cornell University. She is passionate about healthcare and education and believes that expanding quality and access can build a solid foundation to develop a more equal society. This passion led her to her current role at Novartis and Behind the Book. She is also a One Young World Ambassador and has volunteered in initiatives that seek to improve education in Costa Rica, Vietnam and USA.
