Volunteer in a Classroom
Your company is invited to send 10-15 employees to volunteer in a classroom. They will participate in a workshop as reading, research, or writing coaches.
Sponsor & Support A Book Giveaway Initiative
Join our team to set up a Book Bash, help kids find books they'll love, and read aloud to students.
Sponsor & Support a Behind the Book Event
Join one of our fun annual events as a sponsor. Events include our annual benefit, 5K Run/Walk, an author party, or another kind of event. Your company’s name will be listed on social media, newsletter, and all online promotions.
Sponsor a Classroom
Your company will be paired with a Behind the Book class for the duration of a program (2-3 months). Your staff will be invited to volunteer, meet the author, and assist with the different workshops.
Host An Author Event For Employees and Their Children at Your Company
Remote or In-Person
Host a reading with a children’s author, your employees, and their families. Receive an autographed book, meet the author, and create art that can be integrated into a professionally-designed book as a takeaway for each participant.
Host a Writing Workshop at Your Company for
a Middle or High School Class
BtB students are from low-income communities. Most have limited exposure to professional career paths and often have never set foot in an office building. Hosting a class for a writing workshop provides an eye-opening, horizon-expanding experience for our scholars. It is an experience neither you nor they will forget.
