Blair represents public and private clients, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, sovereign funds, family offices and special committees in a variety of U.S. and cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, investments, joint ventures, restructurings, spin-offs, IPOs, DeSPACs and REIT transactions. He graduated with a BA from UC Berkeley and later earned his JD from Fordham University.
