Mike Jolley

Throughout his 20+ years in education and youth development, Mike Jolley has worked with education nonprofits and capacity-building organizations as well as schools, school districts, grantmakers, state and local agencies and the federal government. Before his transition to consulting, Mike held a wide variety of roles: afterschool and youth workforce program management for community-based organizations, development of teacher evaluation and support systems for the NYC Department of Education, and strategic partnerships and cross-functional leadership for schools.
Mike has extensive experience supporting talent strategy development as well as executive and leadership searches. He has developed and facilitated reorganization projects, change management planning and support and multi-stakeholder search processes including founder transitions and organizational expansion.
Mike has a BA in Sociology from the University of South Florida and Masters and MPhil degrees in Sociology from the CUNY Graduate Center.
