Alana is the Director of Strategy for Tishman Speyer’s customer amenity program, ZO. In her role, she focuses on creating differentiated workplace experiences at Tishman Speyer properties around the world. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Alana started her professional career as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture. Alana holds a BS from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Management. With a lifelong passion for reading and writing, she is excited to further Behind the Book’s mission while serving on the Young Executive Board.
