Andrew Frank

Executive Director

Andrew has three decades of executive management experience in the non-profit sector. Prior to Behind the Book, he served as the executive director of New York City Children’s Theater, the interim executive director of Queens Symphony Orchestra, the president of TYA/USA, the founder of Manhattan Theater Source and the director of the Cultural Institutions Unit at the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs. Andrew also runs an executive and organizational coaching/consulting practice specializing in leadership growth and strategic planning.
